Cancellation Policy
Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure your stay.
Cancellations:
21+ days before move-in: Deposit forfeited; additional rent refunded.
15–20 days: 50% of first month’s rent forfeited.
8–14 days: 75% forfeited.
7 days or less: No refund on first month’s rent.
Early Move-Out:
Guests must provide 30 days' written notice. An early termination fee equal to one month’s rent applies. Less than 30 days’ notice = next month’s rent is due in full.
Modifications & Extensions:
Subject to availability. Shortened stays after move-in are treated as early terminations.
Force Majeure: No refunds for cancellations due to events beyond our control (weather, disasters, etc.); credits may be offered.
Third-Party Bookings: Subject to both platform and KDG policies.
